Woltx Automation: Terms of Service

The service

You connect an Instagram professional account you control. When people comment a keyword you choose on a post you pick, the service posts a public reply and sends one direct message, using Instagram's official API.

Your responsibilities

• Only connect accounts you own or are authorised to manage.
• Follow Instagram's Terms of Use, Community Guidelines and Promotion Guidelines, and Meta's Platform Terms.
• Run giveaways lawfully where you and your entrants are: publish your own official rules, offer a real prize, say who can enter, and state that Instagram does not sponsor or endorse the promotion.
• Don't use the service for spam, for buying or selling engagement, or for misleading or illegal content.
• Keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for what your team members do in your workspace.

Limits

Plans set monthly DM, post and seat limits. Meta sets its own limits, including a 7-day window to message a commenter and an hourly cap per account; we stay below them and can't send beyond them.

Plans, billing and cancellation

Paid plans are billed monthly in US dollars through Stripe and renew until cancelled. You can cancel any time in Billing; the plan runs to the end of the paid period and is not refunded except where the law requires. If a payment fails, the free limits apply until it is fixed. We give 30 days' notice of price changes.

Your data

You own your workspace data. We process it only to run the service, as described in our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement. You can export entries as CSV and delete your workspace at any time.

Suspension

We may suspend a workspace that breaks these terms or Meta's rules, puts the service at risk, or doesn't pay. Where we can, we tell you first and give you a chance to fix it.

Availability

We aim for the service to be available and correct, but it depends on Instagram and other providers. It is provided as is, without a guarantee that every reply or message will be delivered.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or losses caused by Meta or other third parties.

Changes

We may update these terms. For material changes we give at least 30 days' notice by email or in the dashboard.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, with disputes heard in the courts of Abu Dhabi.
