How to have your data removed from Woltx Automation, whether you run a business on it or commented on a business's post.
If you connected an Instagram account
Remove Woltx Automation in Instagram (Settings > Apps and websites). Meta tells us, and we disconnect the account and delete its stored access token at once; a deletion request through Meta also deletes the account's posts and entries and gives you a confirmation code. You can also delete your whole workspace in Settings.
If you commented on a business's post
Email saeed@woltx.ae with your Instagram username and we will delete your entries from every workspace within 30 days. The business that ran the campaign may also hold its own copy (for example a CSV export); contact them for that.
Checking a request
Requests made through Meta come with a confirmation code. Enter it at /data-deletion/status to see when the deletion finished.
